What you will do
- Own the Waitrose P&L, with full accountability for delivering sustainable growth across key categories including Baby, Healthcare, and some of our Skin Health Portfolio.
- Deliver agreed business objectives, including; Sales, Trade Investment, NTS, Net Gross Profit, and share targets.
- Lead forecasting and investment management for your portfolio, providing accurate demand forecasts and financial projections to Supply Chain and Commercial Strategy & Planning teams.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as the voice of Waitrose within Kenvue and ensuring customer priorities are effectively represented across the business.
- Develop and maintain exceptional external partnerships with key stakeholders across Buying, Marketing, Category, and Supply teams to identify opportunities and deliver category-leading growth plans.
- Lead the joint business planning process with Waitrose, creating and executing strategic plans that deliver mutual value, market share growth, and long-term sustainable results.
- Identify and unlock commercial opportunities through insight-led selling, effective negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor business performance, proactively managing risks and opportunities to ensure delivery of customer and company objectives.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong commercial acumen, underpinned by excellent numerical, analytical, and financial management skills.
- Proven experience in FMCG and customer-facing commercial roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans that drive business performance.
- Skilled at building credibility and influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams to create joint value with customers.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth ambitions with day-to-day commercial delivery.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs and embracing calculated risks to achieve superior outcomes.
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple categories and competing priorities effectively.
