The Customer Development Manager - ECommerce will deliver outstanding performance through comprehensive business plans which will accelerate Twinings’ wellbeing visibility and value growth across our pure play online channels of Amazon, Ocado and Quick Commerce. They will be tasked with ensuring continued commercial growth and expanded well being visibility that contributes to Twinings being the leading well being drinks brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement in year customer business plans that will deliver improved revenue, profit and brand equity and drive online outperformance.
- Strong performance grip, forecast accuracy and analysis informing relevant and timely course correction; feeding in commentary to Business Rhythm cycle.
- Be the Amazon expert; responsible for execution across Vendor and Seller, managing operational performance and owning the key internal and external relationships to deliver this.
- Negotiating win/win annual JBP agreements with Amazon and Ocado.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in driving performance and sustainable business growth on Amazon 1P, preferably for a branded FMCG business.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon contacts and agencies.
- Strong commercial acumen and revenue management skills.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and bring these to the wider business.
- High levels of tenacity and perseverance.
