Your Purpose
To build or support in building joint business plans, and agree the correct level of support, for MCBC brands portfolio in suitable customers within the variety discounters environment. To work with customers to demonstrate the features, advantages & benefits of MCBC Brands and support program. Period of responsibility form implementation and activation 0-6 months.

Key Responsibilities
- To brilliantly execute activity as described in the annual customer business plan, period activity Calendar & Brand execution by building strong relationships with relevant customers. Nominate outlets for Activity, execute promotions to time and quality and site POS according to Brand ' execution. Provide feedback on implementation and take corrective action to deliver the plan
- To widen our brand portfolio in existing retailers and deliver new and sustainable brands in new customers, and to take full responsibility for maximising the rate of sale, visibility and quality of all MCBC brands. Deliver a passion for MCBC brands and champion beer both internally and externally via training, knowledge and education.
- Achieve sales targets for Key lines & Interventions in line with annual business plan, and as set out in individual Results Objectives for the year. Report sales results back to line manager on a regular basis
- To support the IBE & IBP process for the Discounters team ensuring accurate reporting and the ability to pro-actively identify opportunities and risks in the plan.
- Responsible for driving cross functional contact strategy and to contribute to developing long-term, sustainable competitive advantage.
About you:
- Previous commercial experience
- Proven record working in a team to support the building of complex customer relationships as an active member of the broad MFST team
- Experience of planning and leading regional negotiations

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £35 800 - £46 988 plus a 9.25% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as required work location, previous experience, skills and internal equity.
