The Opportunity

We are delighted to be currently recruiting for a Customer Due Diligence Analyst to join us on a temporary assignment at our Bristol Head Office. This is a temporary assignment running until [31 December 2026], working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be primarily office-based in Bristol, with some flexibility to work from home where operational requirements allow.

The role will support a large-scale customer review programme, with a particular focus on processing customer information and documentation received following information requests.

Working as part of an established Customer Due Diligence team, you will help to ensure customer information is accurately received, recorded and processed through the appropriate workflows. The work will involve a high volume of administrative and data-led activity, requiring strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work accurately against agreed deadlines.

You may also contact customers by email, internet banking or other agreed channels where further information is required to progress their review.

Key responsibilities include

  • Receiving and processing customer correspondence and documentation, including physical post received at our Bristol office.
  • Matching incoming information and documents to the correct customer records.
  • Scanning, uploading and accurately recording customer information within internal systems.
  • Reviewing information provided by customers and updating customer records where appropriate.
  • Following defined processes and guidance to determine the next action required for individual customer cases.
  • Progressing customer cases through the relevant workflow and completing administrative steps accurately and efficiently.
  • Contacting customers through approved channels where additional information or clarification is required.
  • Managing a high-volume workload and prioritising activity to meet team deadlines and performance expectations.
  • Working closely with other analysts and team members to support delivery of the wider customer review programme.
  • Complying with regulatory obligations, internal procedures and governance requirements to help deliver fair outcomes for TBUK customers.
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality across all work completed.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make processes clearer or more efficient.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
