Looking to kick-start your career in customer success, customer service, or SaaS?
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Enablement Associate to join our team and help customers get the very best from their IRIS solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and learning about technology. You'll play a key role in supporting customers as they begin their journey with IRIS, helping them gain confidence in our products and ensuring they have a positive experience from day one.
What will you be doing?
As a Customer Enablement Associate, you'll work closely with customers to help them understand, adopt, and maximise the value of their IRIS products. You'll become a trusted point of contact, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping customers achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting customers during onboarding and helping them get started with their IRIS products.
- Leading introductory customer calls and demonstrating key product features and benefits.
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication by phone and email.
- Working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Retentions, and Customer Success to deliver a great customer experience.
- Capturing customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve processes and customer journeys.
- Identifying customers who may benefit from additional support and connecting them with the right teams.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Contributing ideas to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall success.

You'll Likely Have
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and via email.
- A positive, proactive approach and eagerness to develop new skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.

- Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
