Customer Enablement Manager – London Hub (Hybrid)

As a Customer Enablement Manager, you’ll work directly with some of our largest customers to help them unlock the full value of the Figma platform. This highly collaborative role involves designing tailored enablement strategies that drive product adoption, uncover new use cases, and ensure long-term success.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and Industry Advocates to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your ability to build trusted relationships, translate product features into customer value, and communicate clearly will make you a strategic advisor to our most critical accounts.

What You’ll Do

Customer Success & Strategy

  • Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers, ensuring * successful onboarding, engagement, and continuous value delivery.*
  • Proactively identify customer goals and success metrics, using product data to inform engagement strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Design high-quality, bespoke enablement plans, documenting proactive engagement strategies tailored to each account.

Education & Training

  • Deliver live and scalable training sessions customized to customer maturity levels, needs, and roles.
  • Share best practices, use cases, and product expertise to help teams unlock the full value of Figma.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across departments, from individual contributors to senior leaders (e.g., CPOs, Design Leads, Developers, Executives).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to assess account health, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate renewal risks.
  • Partner with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Solutions Consultants, and Industry Advocates to ensure consistent customer success.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in one of the following:
    • Technical Account Management
    • Technical Customer Success
    • Customer Success
    • Customer Enablement
    • Account Management
    • Any relevant customer-facing SaaS role
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer personas (e.g., developers, designers, executives).
  • Strong product knowledge and a customer-first, consultative approach to solving challenges and driving adoption.
  • Proven track record of driving impactful outcomes, adapting to evolving customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using Figma or working with design and collaboration tools.
  • Background in UX/UI, Design Ops, or Frontend Development.
