Customer Enabling Advisor

Homeworker with designated office in Newton Abbot

36.25 hours per week

Fixed term contract until January 2027

£26,325 per annum

We are looking for a Customer Enabling Advisor who has the resilience, empathy, calming nature and who is prepared to go the extra mile to resolve a problem, to come and join our busy team on a fixed term contract until January 2027.

You will be communicating with our customers using various digital methods (phone, email and occasionally SMS) about their properties. This may include repairs, property inspections, tenancy/estate management related queries, rent payments or updating personal information.

You will be required to attend the Newton Abbot office for monthly team meetings and training, so the successful candidate will need to have a manageable travelling distance to Newton Abbot. Full in-house training will be provided, we are looking for advisors who are passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers.

Is this you?

  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong IT skills able to adapt and learn new software systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to confidently communicate effectively with people with different needs
