About Brook Green Supply

Brook Green Supply (BGS) is a leading independent B2B energy supplier, delivering tailored energy supply and decarbonisation solutions to industrial and commercial (I&C) consumers across the UK.

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Customer Energy Solutions Analyst to join our growing Energy Solutions function. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Sales and Solutions, you’ll play a key role in selling and structuring energy supply solutions to some of the UK’s largest and complex energy users. The position requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical understanding, and deep energy system knowledge. This role combines energy market and solutions expertise with direct customer engagement, where you’ll help drive growth, innovation, and long-term value for our I&C clients.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across our sustainability and flexibility services, subjects including power markets, REGOs, RGGOs, EV charging, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Capacity Markets, and Flexibility services. Your analysis and insights will directly contribute to growing BGS’s portfolio, shaping customer decarbonisation strategies, and integrating energy solutions seamlessly into clients’ supply arrangements.

Essential Functions of the Job

  • Work directly with clients, providing clear, actionable recommendations on complex energy challenges.
  • Act as an internal expert on products across the sustainability and flexibility market space.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and support the structuring of innovative energy supply contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams and Account Managers to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Analyse energy consumption, generation and BESS profiles to identify trends, risks and value-driven insights.
  • Develop reports, feasibility studies and presentations that translate technical findings into commercially meaningful outcomes.
  • Support commercial decision making through market analysis, data interpretation and structured recommendations.
  • Contribute to the delivery of commercial strategy and projects across the Energy Solutions function.
  • Build and deliver tailored commercial solutions that help customers achieve their Net Zero and sustainability goals.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
