Salary: £26,000.00 per annum, plus on target earnings

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

At HSL Chairs, we're passionate about improving people's quality of life through expertly crafted furniture designed for comfort, support and wellbeing. For over 50 years, we've been helping customers find the right seating and mobility solutions for their individual needs, and we're proud of the personal service that sets us apart.

Due to continued business growth, we're looking for multiple Customer Engagement Advisers to join our friendly and supportive team.

This isn't a typical sales role!

At HSL, we believe in taking the time to understand each customer's circumstances, lifestyle and comfort requirements before recommending the right solution. Our approach is consultative rather than transactional, focusing on building trust, creating meaningful conversations and helping customers make informed decisions.

If you enjoy speaking with people, uncovering their needs and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Our feel-good benefits:

  • Health cash plan - cashback on dental, optical and more
  • Discounted shopping & gym memberships with Westfield Rewards
  • Brilliant colleague discount (friends and family too!)
  • 30 days' holiday (pro rata), rising to 33 with long service
  • Contributory pension and death-in-service cover
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Free onsite parking (at most locations)
  • Lovely surprise & delight events throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers who have shown an interest in our products and services. Through thoughtful and engaging conversations, you'll help customers begin their journey towards greater comfort and independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
