Location: Fully Remote, UK
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)

AYMES is looking for a full-time, dedicated Customer Engagement Advisor to join our growing Customer Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted voice for healthcare professionals, carers, customers, consumers and partners within a fast-growing Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) healthcare and wellness business. This is a fast-paced and demanding role, so we're looking for someone who is genuinely committed, thrives under pressure and takes real pride in the standard of support they deliver.

Working fully remotely across the UK, you will be at the heart of our customer journey, delivering compassionate, professional and compliant support across telephone, email, live chat and digital channels.

You will help ensure every customer receives the right support at the right time, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer services, sample programmes and digital engagement platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting healthcare professionals, patients, carers, consumers and partners with outstanding customer care
  • Managing customer enquiries and cases through CRM systems including Salesforce
  • Coordinating Direct-to-Patient and Healthcare Professional Sample Services
  • Investigating queries, resolving issues and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Working collaboratively with teams including Quality, Medical Nutrition, Supply Chain and Commercial
  • Maintaining accurate records within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Using customer insights and data to drive service improvements

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, customer engagement, healthcare support or contact centre environments
  • Experience managing customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital platforms
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A naturally empathetic and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and thrive within a fully remote team

Experience within healthcare, medical nutrition, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or regulated environments would be highly desirable.
