Customer Engagement & Digital Experience Manager
We’re supporting a growing healthcare organisation in the search for an experienced Customer Engagement & Digital Experience Manager to join its digital team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a digital, CRM or omnichannel professional who enjoys turning business objectives into joined-up customer engagement programmes across CRM, digital channels, content and field activity.
Role
You’ll play a key role in helping the organisation move from isolated campaign activity towards a more structured, data-led and coordinated approach to customer engagement.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical and external partners, you’ll help shape customer journeys, optimise digital channels and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement omnichannel customer engagement plans
- Map customer journeys across CRM, email, digital platforms, events and field activity
- Coordinate integrated campaigns across multiple teams and channels
- Support CRM, audience segmentation and customer data activation
- Optimise digital platforms and improve customer experience and engagement
- Use engagement data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate insights into practical recommendations for commercial teams
- Contribute to digital and omnichannel performance reporting

Key Skills & Experience
- 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, omnichannel or customer engagement
- Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of CRM, segmentation and customer data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience with change management, process improvement or digital adoption
