Customer Engagement Executive

The UK, Germany, and International Public Sector (UKGI PS) organisation is hiring a Customer Engagement Executive to support the coordination and delivery of customer engagement programmes. This role sits within the Front Office team and will contribute to the design, execution, and measurement of engagement activities that accelerate customer outcomes and deepen AWS relationships with priority public sector accounts.

UKGI PS serves some of the most complex and consequential organisations across world-wide public sector. The Customer Engagement Executive will play a key role in ensuring engagement programmes run smoothly, stakeholders are well-briefed, and outcomes are tracked and reported.

This is an execution and coordination role, ideal for a motivated graduate who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, and working across teams. You will support senior colleagues in delivering customer-facing engagements while developing your own understanding of public sector customers, AWS services, and executive engagement best practices. As you grow in the role, so will your scope and responsibility.

Key Job Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Support

  • Support the development of customer engagement plans for priority UKGI PS accounts, working with senior team members to align activities to business goals
  • Research and compile customer and partner information to inform engagement planning, in collaboration with Account Managers and the wider team
  • Help maintain engagement playbooks and templates, updating them as new approaches are tested and refined
  • Assist in identifying the right engagement format (executive briefing, workshop, roundtable) for different customer needs

Engagement Delivery & Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for customer engagement activities: scheduling, venue booking, catering, technology setup, and attendee communications
  • Prepare and quality-check briefing documents, collating inputs from Account Managers and ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on time
  • Support cross-functional working groups by tracking actions, following up on deliverables, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress
  • Coordinate executive participation in engagements, working with EAs and senior team members to align schedules and prep materials
  • Attend engagements to provide on-the-day support, document actions, capture customer signals, and drive follow-ups to closure

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
