Customer Engagement Executive | Network & Security Consultancy | London | £30,000–£45,000
Are you an organised, customer-focused professional looking to build a career across project delivery and customer success in the tech sector? A fast-growing network and security consultancy in Moorgate is hiring a Customer Engagement Executive to join their team — a varied, client-facing role sitting across project coordination, service delivery, and customer success.
The Role
You'll work closely with sales, technical, and leadership teams to coordinate client projects, support service reviews, and ensure customers get maximum value from the business's services. No two days will look the same.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating client projects — plans, milestones, and stakeholder updates
- Monitoring service performance and producing client reports
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting onboarding and customer adoption activities
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and upsell
- Maintaining CRM records and operational documentation
What They're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing, project coordination, or account support role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and picking up the phone
- Experience in IT, networking, or technology is a bonus — not essential

What's On Offer
- £30,000–£45,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid — 2–3 days in Moorgate, London
- Fully funded AgilePM and ITIL certification
- Clear progression into Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Project Manager
