Customer Engagement Manager – Specialty Pharma
Surrey (hybrid, 2 days in office) | ~£70,000+ up to 20% bonus + car allowance + benefits
CPL Life Sciences is partnering with a privately owned specialty pharmaceutical company with around 20 years of success in the UK. Following a shift to a digital go-to-market model, customer engagement now sits at the heart of the business.
The role
As Customer Engagement Manager, you will take ownership of a significant part of the UK portfolio, including one of the company's largest brands alongside a growing brand with real potential. Reporting to the UK Country Manager, you will:
- Build customer engagement plans grounded in HCP insight and data
- Deliver digital, virtual and face-to-face campaigns, webinars and educational programmes
- Manage creative, digital and event agencies, with budgets up to £250k
- Track campaign performance and use data to support segmentation and targeting
- Lead the use of AI in campaign development and delivery
- Run projects compliantly, working with Medical, Regulatory and other functions
- Support colleagues across other brands as part of a close, collaborative team

About you
- Experience in brand, marketing or customer engagement within pharma, healthcare or medtech
- Strong digital and multichannel experience, ideally including CRM and engagement platforms
- Confident using data and insight to make decisions
- Experienced in managing agencies, projects and budgets
- Excellent stakeholder skills, internally and with HCPs
- ABPI qualified, or willing to qualify within an agreed timeframe
- A proactive self-starter and team player who enjoys making things happen
