Piper Companies: Customer Engagement Representative
Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customer operations in Malvern, PA. This role will manage the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution. The Customer Engagement Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while providing professional communication, problem-solving, and customer ownership across multiple platforms including phone, email, Salesforce, and SAP.
Responsibilities
- Experience supporting customers via phone and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with quote processing and order management
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience collaborating across sales, finance, planning, and IT teams

Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service, customer engagement, or order fulfillment experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics
- Demonstrated customer ownership and follow-through from issue identification through resolution
Compensation
- $25/hour
- Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage; 401(k) with company match up to 6%; 11 paid holidays; PTO including vacation and sick time.
