About The Job

Games Workshop is looking for a proven Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our Customer Engagement Team in Nottingham. If you’re passionate about the chance to develop our email strategies and deliver exceptional promotional campaigns that will continue to excite and engage our fans all over the world, whilst staying true to Games Workshop’s style, tone and voice, then this could be the perfect role for you!

At Games Workshop, our goal is to engage and inspire all of our customers. We want every customer to discover and get the most from the Warhammer products they love, wherever they are in the world. By delivering engaging communications, authentic content and outstanding customer service, we aim to build lasting loyalty and keep our fans excited about the Warhammer hobby.

In this role, you’ll manage and develop a small team to deliver increasing email engagement. You’ll work to understand our customers and where they are in their Warhammer journey. From acquiring new subscribers, through to building engagement and strengthening loyalty from our existing fans, you will identify opportunities to create great customer relationships and deepen engagement for the long-term.

You’ll help define the long-term approach to email, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience through personalisation, segmentation and regionalisation. You’ll continually look for ways to improve our way of working, ensuring we stay up to date with new technologies and best practices, and continue to engage our fans by delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.

The ideal person will bring demonstrable experience in Email Marketing and experience using marketing, sales and customer retention systems for delivering targeted, effective campaigns. We’re looking for someone able to ensure all content is personalised and data driven across all customer touchpoints.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive:

Other Essential Information

Location: This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in our UK Head Office in Lenton, Nottingham, 1-2 days per week.
