The main purpose of this role is to welcome, engage and entertain customers while they visit the restaurant. You will create a fun, friendly and positive atmosphere by interacting with guests, presenting food in an engaging way and performing songs.

You will confidently approach customers, make them feel welcome and valued, and adapt your performance and communication style to suit different audiences. You will help make each visit enjoyable while always remaining professional, respectful and considerate of customers and colleagues.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour should come naturally to you. You will be comfortable performing in front of customers and communicating face-to-face with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Strong communication skills, attentive listening, confidence, creativity and good customer awareness are essential. You will also need the ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently in a fast-moving restaurant environment.

We are looking for someone with a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy and a natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued. Previous performance, singing, hospitality or customer-service experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
