Your next chapter
At Travel Chapter, we are proud to be the holiday home people. From our beginnings in North Devon to supporting thousands of holiday homes across the UK, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
We’re looking for a Customer Excellence Trainer to join our team and play a key role in developing our people and supporting performance across our Customer Service function.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in training, onboarding, coaching and supporting quality standards across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with Team Managers and stakeholders to help our people build their skills, confidence and capability, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers.
If you’re passionate about helping people learn and grow, enjoy building strong relationships and are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
