Overview Of Role
At Jordans Cereals, we have a clear vision. “To Pioneer a new era of Cereal where our brands bring great taste and better nutrition, in the bowl and beyond”. Our Jordans & Dorset brands are well placed, sitting in high growth segments of the Wholesome Cereals & Cereal Bars Categories, delivering against key customer health, nutrition & convenience trends. As we embark on the next stage of our growth strategy, we are looking for a UK Customer Executive to join our UK Grocery Sales team.

The Customer Executive role is a key role in our UK Grocery Sales team, reporting to the Grocery Mults Controller, key responsibilities include account administration, customer EPOS, invoice management and reconciliation, as well as supporting with forecast review inputs. You will work directly with some of our key UK customers, supporting with promotional submissions, new line forms, and day to day running of strategic accounts. Using customer data sources, you will help evaluate business performance, contributing towards, and helping to inform future decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with Buyers and the Account Controller to ensure accurate and timely promotional nominations.
- Support new line forms, product set-ups, and customer administrative processes.
- Manage invoice administration and maintain accurate customer financial records.
- Analyse retailer data sources to track category trends and product performance.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning to keep internal forecasts updated.
- Ensure product specifications, pack changes, and NPD details are correct and communicated.

- Team-oriented, energetic, and resilient.
- FMCG experience beneficial but not essential.
