Customer Executive | Leading Tech & Telecoms Business

£26,600 basic + uncapped commission (3-month commission guarantee)

The Role

As a Customer Executive, you will support key customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive commercial growth across an allocated client base.

  • Manage sales targets for upsell, cross-sell, and contract renewals.
  • Proactively engage customers (virtually and face-to-face) to uncover business needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Advocate teams to build tailored proposals, service reports, and infrastructure updates.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using internal CRM methodologies.
  • Ensure full sales compliance and regulatory standards alongside Quality Assurance.
