About This Apprenticeship
This is an excellent paid opportunity for upcoming talent in Portsmouth to gain real work experience, and gain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

Overview
To provide administrative, coordination and reporting support to the Customer & Customer Experience (CX) function whilst undertaking a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
The role supports the effective operation of Customer Experience governance, reporting, customer insight processes and continuous service improvement activities. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the apprentice will help ensure actions, risks, customer feedback, documentation and improvement opportunities are effectively tracked and managed, enabling the Customer Experience function to continue developing customer-focused initiatives and strategic improvements.
As an apprentice, you’ll be gaining real time experience with:
- Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
- Reporting & Data Administration
- Customer & CX Governance
- Documentation, Compliance & Coordination
- Apprenticeship Development

What We’re Looking For
- Based in Portsmouth, must be willing to be on-site as required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm & drive is key, we’re looking for a motivated personality who is excited to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with colleagues at different levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools and processes quickly.
