About the Role & Team
The Customer Experience Administrator supports the delivery of customer feedback and engagement programmes across London Square. The role is responsible for coordinating customer satisfaction activities, managing performance data and reporting, and providing administrative support that helps drive continuous improvement and a customer-focused culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration and delivery of customer feedback and survey programmes across the business, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Manage the collection, processing, and maintenance of customer feedback data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor survey activity, response rates, and customer satisfaction results, escalating any issues or anomalies as appropriate.
- Conduct customer telephone outreach to support feedback collection and customer experience initiatives.
- Produce regular reports, data summaries, and performance updates to support customer insight, business reporting, and decision-making.
- Support the analysis of customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate recognition initiatives linked to customer satisfaction performance and positive customer feedback across the business.
- Administer customer and employee reward and incentive schemes in line with departmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring information is managed in accordance with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of Customer Experience objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes, reporting practices, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team and undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.

Key Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, customer experience, or coordination role.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with customers.
- A professional and engaging telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage workload effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
