About The Role

We're looking for a committed and customer-focused Satisfactory Quality Complaints Advisor to join our busy and fast-paced Customer Experience Team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling SQ complaints, which are complaints relating to a vehicle that has been purchased through a finance agreement with us. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and dealers, discussing ongoing complaints, logging new complaints accurately, and ensuring each case is progressed effectively.

You'll investigate concerns, gather information from multiple sources, and work towards achieving fair and timely resolutions. This is a rewarding role where you'll have the autonomy to make informed decisions and take on-the-spot action to support both customers and dealers, helping to deliver the best possible customer outcomes.

Working within a dynamic and often challenging environment, you'll need to remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating resilience, empathy, and strong judgement when managing complex or sensitive situations. No two days are the same, and you'll play a vital role in protecting customer trust and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
