We're growing our Customer Promotions Team and looking for confident, engaging Customer Experience Advisors who enjoy building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

You'll be calling newly acquired customers within 24 hours of their original broadband purchase to make sure they're fully set up for success and to offer additional products and services they may have missed at the point of sale. These include:

What You Will Be Doing

  • Calling new customers to welcome them on board and introduce additional service options.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant upgrades.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the customer journey, identifying upgrade and cross-selling opportunities across a range of products and services.
  • Clearly explaining product benefits in a friendly, confident manner.
  • Proactively retain customers approaching contract expiry or considering cancellation by identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collecting payments and calculating home move fees.

  • Contributing to service improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant teams.
  • Representing our brands with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
