Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be at forefront of the business supporting existing clients regarding their active cases and services.
- You will be supporting with a range of enquiries alongside chasing up documentation and details required for each clients file.
- The role will be mainly supporting customers over the telephone the position will be very fast paced and you will ensure each client is provided the best service.

Profile
- Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
- A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a targeted high volume environment
- Passionate about customer service and providing the best service
- An excellent team player
