TBCo, a B Corp-certified brand on a mission to create easy-to-style statement pieces that elevate your outfit and home. We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Customer Experience and Wholesale Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience with a growing global brand. Working across both our store and office environments, this role is crucial to maintaining seamless support across our direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
Inspired by individuality and designed to make an impact, we craft high-quality, design-led products that empower self-expression and connect people with items that stand the test of time. This is a paid 6 month internship (with the possibility for an extension).
This role is all about delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, resolving customer queries, optimizing order and returns systems, supporting in-store events, and assisting with key B2B operations.
The Role
As a Customer Experience and Wholesale Intern, reporting to the Lead Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, Instagram and WhatsApp, helping nurture meaningful engagement and deepen community and brand loyalty across every touchpoint.
- Investigating wider customer issues alongside the Customer Experience and Operations team.
- Maintaining precise order and ticket records across our systems, including our returns platform.
- Assisting with events to build exciting, memorable experiences for our brand community.
- Assisting with carrier investigations.
- Keeping review responses timely and engaging.
- Working with CX and the web team to test online customer enhancements.
- Providing feedback to optimise our processes.
- Processing B2B orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating with the B2B team to locate, prepare, and dispatch sample requests promptly.
- Provide in-store support where needed.
- Provide support to the wider operations team, helping to keep both the store and studio environment running smoothly.

Details
- Location: Edinburgh, at our Leith studio
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, flexible between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
- Contract: Paid 6 month internship
- Reports to: Lead Operations Specialist
- Compensation: £13.45 per hour
- Start date: ASAP
- Closing date: 24th August 2026
