The Role
Title: Customer Experience Assistant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Bathgate/Livingston Manufacturing Facility
Shift: Part-Time (Thursday & Friday Day Shift)
Hours: Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (13.5 hours/week, dependant on the needs of the business)

Salary: Pro Rata (Competitive, dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassadorship: Consistently project brand values to deliver a premium experience for all on-site visitors.
- Logistics & Event Execution: Manage vendor sourcing, travel arrangements, menu selection, and real-time, on-site visit flow, swiftly resolving any last-minute needs.
- Space & Capacity Management: Coordinate meeting room reservations, resolve scheduling conflicts, and anticipate room needs alongside site leadership and visit hosts.
- Process Improvement: Maintain standardized visit documentation, administrative workflows, and analyze visitor feedback to continuously elevate our host experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Education & Experience: Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Core Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and outstanding customer focus.
- Technical & Admin Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace, with hands-on experience in travel arranging, expense reporting, and standard office equipment.
- Professional Attributes: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, influence cross-functional teams, and adapt in a dynamic setting. Exposure to brand-building in a multinational organization is a plus.
