Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our remote support team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building a career in customer support.
In this role, you'll assist customers through multiple communication channels, helping resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless support experience. You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop your skills while working in a collaborative remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Process customer requests, update account details, and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible.
- Escalate complex or technical concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and data privacy standards.
- Achieve individual performance goals related to quality, productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve support processes and the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, or a customer-facing role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable using computers and web-based applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a remote work environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-first approach.
