Job Description
You will own the customer support inbox for the UK market, delivering fast, warm, and accurate responses to financial advisers. Beyond resolving queries and complex integrations, you will collaborate with product teams to turn customer insights into platform improvements. This high-autonomy role is central to Marloo’s mission of providing world-class, white-glove service.

What You Will Do
- Own the UK customer support inbox with total autonomy, ensuring every adviser receives a fast, warm, and accurate response to maintain inbox zero.
- Solve complex root problems, managing everything from basic platform queries to document template customization and deep technical integrations.
- Rally product and go-to-market teams weekly with punchy, actionable insights derived from direct customer feedback to drive platform improvement.
