Fleur of England is an award-winning British luxury lingerie and nightwear brand, celebrating 25 years of craftsmanship, confidence and timeless design. Designed in our Bristol studio and handcrafted by our specialist manufacturing partners in Portugal, our collections are sold around the world through our online boutique and carefully selected luxury retailers.
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience & Brand Assistant to join our close-knit team.
This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining luxury customer service, e-commerce operations and brand support. You'll help create an exceptional experience for every Fleur of England customer while supporting the day-to-day running of our online business.

What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service via email and telephone
- Managing returns, exchanges and customer enquiries with care and attention
- Picking, packing and dispatching online and wholesale orders
- Preparing wholesale shipments and assisting with stock management
- Uploading products and updating content on our website
- Assisting with email campaigns and e-commerce administration
- Creating graphics and digital assets for marketing campaigns
- Editing simple video content for social media
- Supporting photoshoots and studio organisation
- Helping maintain the beautiful presentation and consistency of the Fleur of England brand across every customer touchpoint
- Providing general support across the business as required
We're looking for someone who is
- Passionate about luxury brands and exceptional customer experiences
- Warm, professional and an excellent communicator
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Creative, with an eye for beautiful design and presentation
- Confident using digital systems and eager to learn
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative business
- Adaptable and happy to turn their hand to a variety of projects
