Associate Customer Experience Consultants – CX Score
We're growing our associate network at CX Score, and we're looking for people who genuinely love getting under the skin of customer experience and contact centre operations – from seasoned CX leaders and subject matter experts through to hands-on consultants who thrive on discovery work and delivery.
About us
We work with organisations like M&S and Islington Council to transform contact centres and customer experience – from strategy and operating model design through to capability building and culture change. We believe great CX comes from getting the fundamentals right: the right capabilities, in the right structure, brought to life by the right people.
Our values
These aren't words on a wall for us — they're how we work with clients and with each other:
- We're all about people – behind every metric is a customer and a colleague, and we never lose sight of that
- We build capability – we don't just hand over recommendations, we leave organisations stronger than we found them
- We're relentless – in getting to the honest answer, not the easy one
- We're never victims – we take ownership, bring solutions, and don't hide behind circumstance
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
