Customer Experience Coordinator – Fire Systems

About the Role

The Customer Experience Coordinator delivers outstanding customer service to both internal partners and external customers, utilising expertise in Alarm Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Suppression Systems, and Sprinkler Systems. This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling services, account reconciliation, report preparation, permit management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert in fire systems (alarms, extinguishers, suppression, and sprinklers) to provide accurate, actionable information to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, resolving issues and supporting interdepartmental relationships—managing technician schedules based on workload, skill sets, and operational efficiency.
  • Address concerns related to fire suppression systems, fire marshal issues, and more as the primary scheduling contact for such matters.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and technicians to gather relevant information, de-escalate technical problems, and resolve customer or regulatory issues through clear communication.
  • Generate precise reports by compiling data from multiple sources and organising it into standard formats.
  • Utilise ընկերության Lí Communications Systemsș to retrieve necessary information for customer inquiries, vendor coordination, and internal support.
  • Offer operational support by aligning fire suppression knowledge with customer needs, vendor relations, and internal workflows.
  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on inspection schedules, customer requests, and emergency service demands.
  • Assist project managers in resolving technical issues through established procedures and training where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (minimum qualification).
  • Strong phone demeanour and verified experience in customer service, including call answering, transfers, and query resolution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire Suppression Systems.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create technical quotes.
  • Additional fire-safety/certification credentials.
