Your Mission:
As a Customer Experience Co-Ordinator at ProspectBase, you will play a key supporting role in the successful setup and delivery of our clients' account-based marketing campaigns. Working closely with Customer Experience Managers, Sales, and Marketing Operations, you'll help ensure campaigns are set up accurately, tracked closely, and delivered on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn the fundamentals of digital advertising, campaign operations, and client success, with plenty of room to grow.

What You'll Do:
- Support the setup and day-to-day tracking of display advertising and lead generation campaigns
- Assist with data entry, quality assurance (QA), and lead validation to ensure accuracy across campaigns
- Help prepare reporting materials and campaign summaries for the Customer Experience team
- Support the handoff process between campaign setup and delivery, keeping information organized and up to date
- Take notes and help coordinate follow-ups from client onboarding calls
- Learn and become comfortable navigating ProspectBase's internal systems and integrations
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to flag issues, delays, or missing information
- Support Customer Experience Managers with any ad hoc administrative or coordination tasks as needed

Your Profile/Qualifications:
- Exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or customer service is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and learning new systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine curiosity to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
