Customer Experience Coordinator | Hospitality & Leisure
A leading UK holiday and leisure organisation is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support holiday homeowners and deliver a consistently excellent experience across the park.
This is a people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating activities and making customers feel genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers across face-to-face, telephone and email channels.
- Respond to enquiries efficiently, professionally and with a friendly approach.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalised support throughout their experience.
- Gather customer feedback, identify recurring themes and contribute ideas for service improvements.
- Prepare and support customer communications, updates and announcements.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
- Coordinate and support customer events, forums, drop-in sessions and social activities.
- Help create a welcoming community environment and encourage customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate administration and ensure customer queries are followed through to resolution.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day customer experience and administrative activities.

About You
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, hospitality, leisure, administration or a similar people-focused role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and digital platforms.
- Professional, approachable and solutions-focused.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a busy environment.
- A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays when required.
