Customer Experience Coordinator โ€“ Remote UK

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support customers throughout their journey and help deliver a smooth, positive experience. This entry-level remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills who enjoys helping people and coordinating day-to-day customer activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support customers throughout their journey and help resolve routine issues
  • Coordinate customer requests and follow up on outstanding actions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems
  • Work with internal teams to support a consistent customer experience
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback where appropriate
  • Assist with customer communications, administration, and reporting
  • Help maintain high standards of service across all customer interactions
