Customer Experience Executive

Salary: £26,000
Location: Bramhall, Stockport
Working Pattern: Fully office-based
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role

A fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is confident, personable and passionate about delivering great customer service.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve queries, explain payments and provide a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer queries across phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Help customers understand payments, expenses and payslips.
  • Resolve queries and complaints, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Support employment references and basic HR-related enquiries.
  • Assist with P45s, pension and holiday pay queries.
  • Support customers with pensions and employee benefits.
  • Help with timesheet portal access and payment-related queries.
  • Work closely with Payroll and other internal teams to resolve issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident personality.
  • Customer-facing experience within retail, hospitality, call centres or similar would be ideal.
  • Graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with different people.
  • Tech-savvy with good general IT skills.
  • Numerically capable and comfortable explaining payment information.
  • Proactive, resilient and confident solving problems.
  • Most importantly, a positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
