Role Description
The Customer Experience Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions with Häcker trade partners and end customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries, orders, and service requests. Daily activities include handling phone and email communications, updating and maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, and supporting showroom visits and demonstrations. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement processes that enhance overall service delivery. The Customer Experience Executive will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver a consistent and positive brand experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear email correspondence and confident phone and in-person interaction.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and use of CRM or similar systems.
- Basic sales and account support skills, with an understanding of trade partner needs and the ability to assist with order processing and follow-up.
- Interest in or experience with kitchens, furniture, interior design, or a related sector is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office and showroom environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent); experience with ERP or CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within retail, trade, or B2B environments preferred.
- Relevant vocational training or a degree in business, customer service, or a related field is an advantage, but equivalent experience is also considered.
