Job Title: Customer Experience Manager - Wholesale

Location: Belfast

We are seeking a skilled CX Manager to join our team and take charge of managing our wholesale partners. As a CX Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their business outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a dedicated point of contact for our wholesale partners, driving growth, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale partners within pod, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners’ campaigns, strategies, and challenges, and proactively provide solutions and recommendations to ensure the successful execution of their campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of each campaign from launch up to completion, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of services, and support to wholesale partners.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and expand the partnership with wholesale partners.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on account activities, sales forecasts, and partner satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B account management, preferably in a partner management role.
  • Experience in the lead generation industry and digital marketing is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong comprehension skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse teams and adapt to changing dynamics.
  • Possesses a "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Avoids a 9-5 mindset, demonstrating flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate partner needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
