Within Azure Core, the OneFleet Platform Team enables customers to deploy, scale, and optimize their Azure workloads by shaping customer-centric capacity strategies, supporting healthy regional growth, reducing customer friction, and influencing platform investments. You will join a team that works across engineering, infrastructure, planning, supply chain, sales, and customer success to align Azure capacity with evolving customer demand and deliver a trusted cloud experience at scale.
As a Principal Customer Experience Program Management Manager leading Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Capacity Management, you will own the customer capacity enablement experience across the region and lead a team responsible for translating customer demand, business priorities, and infrastructure constraints into scalable capacity strategies. You will partner across engineering, infrastructure, planning, supply chain, field, sales, and customer success organizations to improve regional health, enable strategic customer growth, and influence long-term Azure capacity investments.
This opportunity will allow you to deepen your cloud infrastructure and capacity management expertise, strengthen your executive influence across complex global organizations, and develop high-performing leaders while driving regional business transformation at scale. You will operate across organizational boundaries, anticipate emerging customer and business risks, and balance immediate execution with long-term Azure capacity strategy. You will engage with senior executives, strategic customers, product engineering leaders, and operational teams to deliver durable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer capacity experience and regional health strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, balancing customer outcomes, business priorities, operational excellence, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Define and execute regional capacity management strategies that anticipate demand, address systemic risks, support Azure growth, and enable strategic customer onboarding, large-scale migrations, and emerging business priorities.
- Champion customer needs and act as the Voice of the Customer (VoC), leading complex capacity scenarios and influencing platform investments, allocation strategies, fulfillment priorities, customer communications, and experience improvements.
- Drive alignment across engineering, infrastructure, planning, forecasting, supply chain, finance, sales, customer success, support, and operational teams to improve regional readiness, customer success, predictability, utilization, and sustainable cloud consumption.
- Use data and business insight to guide executive decisions, define regional health metrics and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and influence analytical models, tooling, automation, product roadmaps, systems, governance, and scalable operating mechanisms.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop an inclusive team of Capacity Management professionals; establish clear expectations, strengthen organizational health and succession planning, and grow technical, business, and leadership capability across the organization.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.
Compensation
Customer Experience Program Mgmt M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 93,500.00 - £ 161,800.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
