A leading global investment management firm is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager to join a newly established, multi-year CX transformation programme. Initial 6-12 month contract, with hybrid working in the City of London.
The programme is currently in the Discovery phase, offering an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-profile global initiative.
The role
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Client, Sales and Marketing, taking CX projects from discovery through to end-to-end delivery. You'll manage multiple workstreams, drive project planning and governance, and ensure risks, issues and dependencies are proactively managed.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience delivering B2B Customer/Client Experience projects
- Strong end-to-end CX experience, ideally across client onboarding, client journeys, lifecycle or investor relations
- Solid project management skills across planning, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and workstreams in a complex, global environment
- Financial services, asset management or investment management experience is highly desirable
