This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll meet with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the products and services that best suit them. About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll meet directly with customers and help them find the products and services that best meet their needs. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your communication, sales, and customer service skills while building a rewarding long-term career.

Responsibilities
- Meeting and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understanding customer needs through meaningful conversations
- Recommending products and services that best suit each customer
- Building strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team success
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. We provide full training from day one, so we're looking for attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
