About the Company

Do you enjoy helping people and delivering excellent customer service in a real-world environment?

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Customer Solutions Advisor. This is a customer-focused sales role where you'll meet with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the products and services that best suit them. No previous experience is required as we'll provide full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop your career.

About the Role

As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll meet directly with customers and help them find the products and services that best meet their needs. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your communication, sales, and customer service skills while building a rewarding long-term career.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. We provide full training from day one, so we're looking for attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
