Employment type

Full-time, permanent employee.

Location

UK-based, remote working and occasional travel to client sites as required.

Reporting structure

This role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with future Account Managers, and the technical/delivery teams. It is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Role purpose

Opious is a carrier-agnostic managed connectivity and networking company, delivering Managed Network Services, Cellular Coverage, and Rapid Deployment Solutions to enterprise clients across the UK. We are seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive to look after our clients day-to-day, produce accurate quotes, and manage opportunities across all three pillars.

This is primarily a client-facing support and operations role. The focus is on giving existing clients a great experience, turning around accurate quotes quickly, and keeping opportunities moving cleanly through the pipeline, including identifying and supporting upsell opportunities within our existing client base. New business generation is not a core function of the role: where time allows, the successful candidate may support light new business activity, but this will always sit behind client care and existing opportunity management.

The role suits someone who takes pride in getting the details right, an accurate quote, a well maintained pipeline, a client who feels looked after and who enjoys being the reliable point of contact that keeps commercial activity running smoothly behind the scenes.

Client care and customer experience

The Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive will:

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for existing clients, ensuring queries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders across the account base
  • Proactively check in with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, flagging any risk of churn to the relevant Account Manager/Sales Manager
  • Support the wider commercial team in delivering a consistently excellent client experience across all touchpoints

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
