Role Summary

Opious is a carrier-agnostic managed connectivity and networking company, delivering Managed Network Services, Cellular Coverage Services, and Rapid Deployment Services to multi-site businesses globally. We're looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Support Executive to look after our clients day to day, produce accurate quotes, and manage opportunities across all three service pillars.

This is primarily a client-facing support and operations role. The focus is on giving existing clients a great experience, turning around accurate quotes quickly, and keeping opportunities moving cleanly through the pipeline — including spotting and supporting upsell opportunities within our existing client base. New business generation isn't a core function of the role: where time allows, you may support light new business activity, but this will always sit behind client care and existing opportunity management.

This role suits someone who takes pride in getting the details right — an accurate quote, a well-maintained pipeline, a client who feels looked after — and who enjoys being the reliable point of contact that keeps commercial activity running smoothly behind the scenes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
