Customer Experience Representative – Part-time

Our client, a fast-growing IT and Communications managed services provider, is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join their team part-time, 2.5 days per week (Wednesday to Friday).

This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers — owning their experience from onboarding through to day-to-day support and issue resolution.

The Role

You'll be the voice of the customer within the business, proactively engaging clients to understand their experience, spot potential issues early, and see them through to resolution. You'll also play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they're set up for success and provided with the right information from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
