Customer Experience Specialist
Multiple Opportunities Available | Hybrid Working | Career Growth | Financial Services
£30,000 + 10% Bonus £3000
Paid overtime (Saturdays plus Bank holidays - £3000
Earning potential - £36,000
Are you an experienced customer service professional who loves solving problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced contact centre environment where no two days are the same? We're partnering with one of the UK's most exciting and rapidly growing digital businesses to recruit several Customer Experience Specialists to join their expanding team.
This is far more than a traditional customer service role. You'll be the voice of the business, helping customers across multiple channels while playing a key part in creating outstanding customer journeys.

What you'll be doing
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their journey, providing expert guidance and resolving queries through a variety of communication channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service via telephone, email and live chat
- Building rapport quickly and creating positive customer experiences
- Supporting customers with new enquiries, account updates and policy-related questions
- Accurately maintaining customer records and documentation
- Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve service standards
What we're looking for
To be successful, you'll need:
- Previous experience working within a contact centre or call centre environment
- Strong experience handling customer enquiries through telephone, email and LIVE CHAT (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering first-class service
- The ability to multitask and work confidently across multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude

- Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment
- Understanding of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation
