By carefully understanding customer needs, concerns, lifestyles, and preferences, the Customer Experience Specialist will provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.

This role serves as a Single Point of Contact for customers, handling general enquiries, product and technical questions, and after-sales support. Customer interactions are managed through a blend of inbound and outbound telephone calls, email, and live chat.

You will primarily support German-speaking customers and therefore must possess native or near-native fluency in German, alongside strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted resource for product information and service support.
  • Actively listen to customers and guide conversations effectively and professionally.
  • Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Technical Support, Warranty Teams, and Dealerships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, professional, and solution-focused manner.
  • Manage customer email and chat enquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up and organisational skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Resolve customer concerns using all available resources, including Dealerships, Subject Matter Experts, Field Managers, Stakeholders, and Knowledge Base tools.
  • Return all customer emails and voicemail messages promptly and follow through on commitments.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details within CRM systems.
  • Utilise customer satisfaction tools where appropriate to resolve issues, including goodwill assistance, service plans, maintenance plans, and related solutions.
  • Participate in business-related projects, customer experience initiatives, and process improvement activities.
  • Achieve performance objectives and service metrics as set by management.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement within the department.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide support when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
