Customer Experience Specialist (Remote) – £32,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level

Customer Experience | Customer Success | Client Services | Customer Support

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join their growing remote team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Client Services, Customer Support, Administration, Retail, Hospitality, or for graduates and career changers looking to build a rewarding career. Full training will be provided.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing enquiries, resolving issues, supporting customer journeys, and working closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and online channels.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and customer support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience.
  • Update CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support customer onboarding and account management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Experience Specialist, Customer Success Associate, Customer Service Advisor, Client Services Coordinator, Customer Support Advisor, Account Coordinator, Client Support Specialist, or Customer Care Representative is beneficial but not essential.
  • Full training will be provided.
