We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join a remote UK-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through email, chat, phone, or other communication channels.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional support to customers.
- Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex queries when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes.
- Support customers throughout different stages of their journey.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share useful feedback with the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Follow service processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Help ensure customers receive timely and consistent support.

Requirements
