Customer Experience Specialist (Temporary)

Are you an experienced Customer Service or Contact Centre professional available immediately and looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new?

We're working with one of the UK's most innovative and rapidly growing businesses to recruit multiple Customer Experience Specialists on an initial temporary basis. The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, delivering exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Resolving queries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Updating and maintaining customer records accurately
  • Investigating issues and identifying the best customer outcomes
  • Building strong relationships and creating positive customer interactions
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure service excellence is delivered consistently

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who can hit the ground running and bring previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment.

You'll have:

  • Previous contact centre or call centre experience
  • Strong experience supporting customers through phone, email, and LIVE CHAT channels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills and confidence working across various systems
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, or another regulated environment
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles
  • Experience working within a high-volume customer service environment
