Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused part time Customer Experience Team Member to become an ambassador for Piccadilly Place, Manchester.

This role is all about creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with occupiers, guests, clients, agents and stakeholders. You'll be the face of the estate, delivering a personalised, hospitality-led service while helping to create a welcoming and vibrant environment for everyone who visits.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome and a memorable farewell to occupiers, visitors and guests.
  • Provide a personalised and hospitality-focused experience at every interaction.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers, visitors, agents and stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints professionally and provide prompt resolutions, escalating where appropriate.
  • Promote the building's facilities, services and amenities to occupiers and prospective tenants.
  • Acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of the estate, local area, businesses and amenities.

Community & Engagement

  • Support occupier engagement initiatives, community events and social value projects.
  • Assist with on-site marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage and contribute content for social media channels and digital display screens.
  • Help create a vibrant and engaging workplace community.

Front of House Operations

  • Ensure front of house and reception areas are maintained to exceptional standards at all times.
  • Follow all Beyond Front of House operating procedures and standards.
  • Manage visitor access and ensure all visitor management procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate and oversee viewings for prospective occupiers.
  • Arrange hospitality and concierge-style services including restaurant bookings, transportation and event support.
  • Log property faults and maintenance issues and liaise with the Facilities Management team as required.

Administration

  • Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and data management systems.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer requests and actions.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation in line with the Beyond dress code

Qualifications

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally personable, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer-facing role.
  • Hospitality, events, hotel, aviation, retail, concierge or front of house experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A professional, confident and approachable manner.
